1999 N° 021 of the 23-12-1999 – Problems encountered between a protection board and a chipset fitted to the Compaq PC We inform users that an operating
problem has been encountered between our systems' hardware protections
and the Compaq PC. As regards this we have received this communication
from the board supplier today. The problem has arisen on the Compaq
EPC 466/4A/5/32 PC. The possibility that the chipset referred to in
the communication has been used in other Compaq PCs or by other PC
manufacturers is not to be excluded. N° 020 of the 16-12-1999 – Suspension of the telephone assistance service The telephone assistance service
will be suspended from Monday 20 December to Friday 7 January for
the Christmas holidays. The service will restart regularly on Monday
January 10. N° 019 of the 08-11-1999– Disactivation of the BBS service As of today, November 8 1999, the BBS service has been disactivated. We inform users that the promotional activity and the product acquisition service were transferred to this website some time ago. N° 018 of the 04-11-1999– Beckhoff TwinCat® Driver Automa has implemented the DLL
allowing dialogue with the TwinCat® soft-PLC produced by Beckhoff.
We remind you that soft-PLC is software installed on the PC that manages
the I/O boards in the same way as a PLC. In the case of TwinCat®,
programming complies with standard IEC 1131-3. N° 017 of the 21-10-1999 – "Super-Flash Problems" documents update The documents containing the problems encountered

by the end of 1999 after 5 years of precious service. N° 012 of the 02-07-1999 – Suspencion of assistance service In view of the well-deserved holiday period
we remind customers that the technical assistance service provided
via telephone and E-mail will be suspended from August 2 to August
20. N° 011 of the 30-06-1999 – "Super-Flash Problems" documents update The updates listing the problems encountered
in Super-Flash (versions 3.2 and 3.2a), WRunfile (versions 3.1 and
3.2a) and WSF (versions 3.1 and 3.2a) have been published in the "Support"
section. All documents have been updated as of June 30 1999. N° 010 of the 30-04-1999 – Program maintenance package Right Systems presents version 1.0 of MainteX,
a compact, economical solution for programmed maintenance. MainteX
1.0 will incorporate Dolphin, the new Automa product for communicating
with Super-Flash networks. N° 009 of the 15-04-1999 – Easy Trend Using the possibilities offered by Super-Flash
in an exemplary way, Tiesse Informatica and Right Systems (a Super-Flash
Solution Provider) have prepared EAST TREND, a specialised application
for displaying trends. EAST TREND allows a file of 100 curves to be
defined. Infinite vistas containing a maximum of 10 curves can be
created from this file. The product, fully configurable by the user
in guided and visual fashion, is supplied in two versions. The first,
called EASY TREND 1.0, is a complete application allowing the remote
display of Super-Flash trends, with loading functions from floppy
or network. The second, EASY TREND 1.0s, is an application with sources
that allows the product’s functions to be integrated into any
Super-Flash application. N° 008 of the 30-03-1999 – Activation of the "Download" service After a suitable testing period, the service
for downloading products via Internet is available as of now. Users
can register and, after the necessary authorisation, can download
the various Automa products via the convenient access to Internet.

section. The BBS service will be discontinued in the near future. N° 007 of the 30-03-1999 – "Super-Flash Problems" documents To provide information that it is easier to
access, the Super-Flash problems document has been reset and divided
into six different documents: each document contains the problems
of a specific Supervisione Libera product. Users are asked to access
the "Support" section, from which it is possible to download
these documents. N° 006 of the 29-03-1999 – Y2K Compliant engines The new Y2K Compliant engines are among the
solutions proposed by Automa for a smooth move to the year 2000, in
other words the solution consists in the mere replacement of Runfile.EXE
or WRunfile.EXE. Automa announces that these new engines are available
as of today. The products are available on BBS at 035655150. N° 005 of the 15-03-1999 – Release of WSF 3.2a The WSF 3.2a development system for Windows
95/NT is available. In terms of functions and performance the product
is aligned to version 3.2, it also includes the corrections already
introduced into Super-Flash 3.2a. The product has been released in
Italian, English and Spanish versions. Users up to date with the update
contract can download the product from BBS at 035655150 after having
received the password by phone. N° 004 of the 15-03-1999 – Release of WRunfile 3.2a For Super-Flash 3.2a users the driver for Windows
95/NT aligned to the aforementioned version of Super-Flash is available
as of now, namely WRunfile 3.2a. The product also includes the corrections
already introduced into Super-Flash 3.2a. The product has been released
in Italian, English and Spanish versions. Users up to date with the
update contract can download the product from BBS at 035655150 after
having received the password by phone. Those not in possession of
WRunfile and who want to find out more about it can download the WRunfile
DEMO 3.2a product from the same BBS. It is available in Italian and
English. The cost of the demonstration will be absorbed if the complete
product is purchased.
After five month from 3.2 release the new 3.2a
version, fixing some bugs pointed out by Automa and some users, is
